You know every time a dog bites a child it is put to sleep? What happens to the people who abbuse, rape, kidnapp, and kill children? Just jail. Or a death penalty in a few sates. I wish thoughs people would be tortured to death like the thousands of dogs they kill each year. People are retarted and 3000 pitbulls are killed each year by people who "think" they are dangerous.
